We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Rep- Inbound Call Center.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Customer Service Rep responds to requests from customers via telephone, answering inquiries such as account, billing, and authorizations. The CSR demonstrates computer proficiency in completing customer requests using multiple platforms an supporting applications in a fast paced Contact Center. To be considered for this position, must be availbe to to work any schedule between the hours of 6 am and midnight, 7 days a week. Candidates must be available any hours, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications: Communicate effectively (in writing and orally), ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, professional attitude, detail oriented and good computer skills.
