We have a part-time opening for a Nothing Bundt Cakes - Guest Services Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Must have 2 or more years experience.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Wage: $10/12/hr based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Expected to pitch in when needed on multiple occasions and positions
Excellent at managing multiple tasks concurrently while ensuring each customer experience, whether in person or by phone is exceptional
Has a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Goal oriented and impatient when results are not achieved -- always thinking of better ways to engage with customers to increase retention and frequency of visits
Take charge personality -- willing to step in and lead when problems arise -- handles such situations with cool headed thinking
Persuasive and capable of adapting interaction with customer -- take the sale to the next level by matching our products with customers "occasion/event need" and creating additional incremental sales with complementary products
Excellent at helping formulating, implementing and achieving bakery sales goals as the leader and mentor of the GSR staff Must be able to work weekends and Holidays when required as this is a Holiday driven business with respect to peak sales periods
Comfortable with learning back office systems and processes (ordering ingredients, retail and other supplies)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a customer facing retail sales environment
