Assistant Manager

• Is a professional position responsible for sales associate job duties and held accountable for some of the store daily operation responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Differentiates our stores from competitors by exceeding customers’ expectations in the areas of Store Image and Cleanliness, In-Stock Position, and Customer Service.
• Maximizes store profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and controlling cash and inventory losses.
  
  Sales Associates
  
  • This position is responsible for performing all cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and customer service duties in a manner that will develop good customer relations, build store sales, maximize profits, and protect store assets.

Job Requirements
Assistant Managers:

• Train and require excellent customer service from all store staff.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and personal transportation to/from the bank.
• Assistant Managers should have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Work with minimum of direction and supervision.
• At all times work as an effective manager, supervisor and leader.

Sales Associates:

• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Honest and friendly.
• Ability to be at work on time as scheduled.
• Ability to communicate in English (orally and in writing).
• At all times work as an effective associate.
