The Time Warner Cable Talent Acquisition & Movement department currently seeks a Supervisor for our Recruiting Coordinator team. There is one position available and it can be located in either Austin, TX or Columbus, OH. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to lead a team of recruiting coordinators in the completion of their day-to-day activities. The Supervisor will manage the responsiveness, productivity, efficiency and quality of recruiting coordinator workflow to ensure consistent and efficient support is provided to field recruiting. The Supervisor will report directly to the Coordinator Team Senior Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage coordinator scheduling and workflow, including approving and modifying coordinator timecardsRespond to issues escalated from the coordinator team; or escalate to Coordinator Team Sr. Manager if neededMotivate coordinators to meet performance goals and service level agreementsProvide performance feedback and coaching to coordinators on an on-going basisRecommend solutions and process improvements based on own analysis of feedback from internal clients and recruiting field teamsIdentify coordinator performance issues and work with Coordinator Sr Manager to design, implement and administer performance improvement plans if neededManage the interview and selection process for Recruiting Coordinator positionsManage and, as needed, deliver training and on-boarding for newly hired coordinatorsComplete and administer mid-year and annual performance reviews of teamDevelop collaborative relationships with TAM leadership and internal business partnersServe as subject matter expert in applicant tracking system and recruitment processes; apply knowledge of Applicant Tracking System to quickly resolve issues or concernsAssist in compiling and reviewing metrics and reports to be used for process improvements; prepare ad hoc reports as requestedEnsure all coordinator output meets regulatory compliance requirements; ensure quality of coordinator work by conducting audits and gathering feedbackJob Requirements:
Minimum four years proven experience as a recruiting coordinator and/or other roles in recruitment/human resourcesOne year work experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)One year of work experience working with HR Systems, experience with applicant tracking systems preferredExtensive knowledge of recruiting coordinator function and/or recruitment processesHas proven work experience in the following:Project management and practical analysis and problem solvingInfluencing peer group to successful outcomesCommunicating professionally while effectively conveying intended messages to othersMaintaining confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.Supporting and driving process and compliancePartnering with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience:
5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience; Bachelor ' s degree from four-year college or university preferred
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
Supervisor: Plans, staffs, evaluates and directs work of employees of a work unit
