A nationwide automotive company in Chandler, AZ is hiring for 20 Customer Account Representatives.
Pay: $14-16 + Quarterly Bonus

Job Description:
The Customer Account Representative is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect and resolve delinquent accounts (5-45 days behind) in order to alleviate further action. This team member has contact with customers, as well as other Company departments, repossession agents, and other outside agencies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience-call center, retail, resaurant, etc. (No collections experience required)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with new computer programs and learning quickly.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
