POLO SPORT Specialist (Retail Sales Leader) in San Diego, CA

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time retail sales leader to join our team in the Apparel department and focus on the POLO SPORT brand experience for our customers! POLO SPORT Specialist Duties:

• Achieve sales goals through selling primarily POLOSPORT merchandise
• Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service
• Uphold DICK’S Sporting Goods’ standards for POLO SPORT merchandise presentation and execute vendor product presentation directives
• Leads POLO SPORT training sessions to ensure Apparel Department associates are properly trained
• Actively communicates with Ralph Lauren Brand Managers
• Consistently promotes company programs including Scorecard, private label credit card, and MORE on-line ordering options
• As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary

Success Profile:

· 2+ years of related experiencepreferred; 1+ years in aLead/Supervisory role (including training experience) and 1+ years of VisualMerchandising experience

· Flexible schedule – including night,weekend, and/or holidays

· Passionfor Apparel, specifically POLO SPORT product (including accessories)

· Connectionto community apparel culture and ability to engage with customers in POLO SPORTlifestyle strongly preferred

· Ability toexecute product presentations, adjust priorities, and manage time wisely in afast-paced environment
