Our Fast growing company, Keith & Associates, Inc., is looking for a full time administrative assistant. This position entails a variety of duties involving nutrition and administrative support for our dietitians and manager. Our mission is to maintain not only the highest possible standard of quality patient care, but also the highest standard of professionalism and customer care to our facilities.

Qualifications should include:

Associates Degree in Health or Business Related Field

2-5 years progressive experience

Responsibilities Include:

Answer multi-line, multi-business system as our office includes business other than dietary consulting.
Schedule dietitians to contracted facilities
Provide new dietitians the necessary information and equipment
Prepare contracts for new facilities as required
Enter new facility contracts information into system
Making sure contracts are properly modified when there are changes
Track and schedule each facility
Provide support to each dietitian (i.e. license renewal and background checks)
Provide certain directed services to facilities, such as menus, handouts, and reports
Manage and respond to emails from dietitians, facilities, and the manager
Collect and distribute time sheets for dietitians
Answer incoming phone calls as need; perform the duties of receptionist as needed
Receive and distribute faxes and other documents as required
Send signed doctor's orders, evaluations, protocols and quarterly nutritional
Maintain site summary reports and compile summary reports

Skills Required:

Proficient data entry skills
Must be proficient on all Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Strong attention to customer and facility issues
Detail oriented with strong numeric ability
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team
Must be able to interact comfortably and enthusiastically with DDSD Clients, their caregivers and support team
