Job Description:

• Develop & define manufacturing practices and processes related to plastic tubing expansion.
• Support the manufacturing process by identifying and implementing methods of cost and waste reductions, quality improvements, kaizen, six sigma practices, and enhancing safety.
• Develop factory layouts as well as work instructions, flows, and stations.
• Support repeatable processes
• Determine time standards, make recommendations for tooling and materials, and provide cost estimates for manufacturing.
• Strong customer interface and communication skills.
• Leader and active participant on manufacturing floor.
