The Cashier is an entry-level, front of house position within one of our Food and Beverage outlets. These individuals are responsible for providing friendly service to our guests while handling guest purchases, accepting payment and counting change. We are looking for individuals with a strong guest focus and upbeat attitude. 

Job Requirements: 

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work holidays and weekends

• Excellent guest service skills

• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs

  Preferred skills:

• Previous Food and Beverage experience

• Previous cash-handling experience (Cashier positions only)

• TIPS Certification 

• California Food Handlers Card

Where you could be working: 

Tamarack Lodge - Heavenly's beautiful, nearly 15,000 sq. ft. lodge features a large food court, Smokehouse Grill, Artisan Pizzas, full salad bar, chili station and Bar 9150, a full service bar.

Booyah's - exotic burgers and brews - is Heavenly's newest on-mountain restaurant, located inside of Lakeview Lodge at the top of the Tram on the California side. Featuring made-to-order build your own burgers and 97 varieties of microbrews, Booyah's is THE place to stop and catch the game. The sweeping views of Lake Tahoe aren't too shabby either.

California Main Lodge - There's something for everyone at this food court, including tacos, burgers, daily specials, salad bar and more. Or visit the Cal Bar for half-price drinks at 3:30 p.m. daily.

East Peak Lodge - Enjoy paninis, soup in a bread bowl, pizza, classic BBQ and mixed drinks at the Star Bar.

Steins - Have some fun at this outdoor dining venue near Patsy's! Everything about the experience is social and relaxing. It's a place to hang out in Adirondacks, drink a cold beer, and soak up the sun. Steins also features euro-themed sausages, stews, soups and chili, so there is plenty of comfort food to warm up your insides too.

Sky Deck - A local favorite, with barbeque, pizza, warm sun and cold beers from the Sky Bar. Featuring our delicious grilled options including shrimp, tri-tip and vegetable kabobs.

Boulder Lodge - Stop by for classic American diner fare: milkshakes, patty melts, chili-cheese dogs and burgers. Warm up or watch the game at our full-service bar.

Stagecoach Lodge - Featuring Meatball sandwiches, Philly Cheesesteaks, specialty sandwiches and more.
