I am hiring a Technical Proposal Writer to manage labor estimates and prepare RFPs.
Responsibilities include:
-Experience reviewing and understanding Request For Proposal (RFP) technical and commercial requirements
-Experience estimating labor, material, and equipment costs
-Can collect and communicate this understanding to supporting management
-Strong verbal and exceptional written communication skills, clear and concise
-Ability to capture verbal concepts and translate to written narrative
Qualifications:
-3 to 5 year experience with detailed RFP, technical, proposal writing and estimating
-Associate's, BS, or related work experience in engineering, equipment fabrication or technical field a plus.
-Medium to advanced MS Word/ Excel experience
