STORE MANAGERS

The Store Manager oversees the daily operation of the store. They are responsible for providing Total Customer Satisfaction by ensuring:

  • All applicants are interviewed and properly screened
  • All employees are trained properly and treated fairly
  • Store is properly staffed to meet customer demand
  • Employees are motivated to deliver excellent customer service
  • Customer concerns are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Store image meets company standards
  • Appropriate federal, state, and local laws and regulations are enforced
  • Store is adequately stocked with fresh merchandise
  • Marketing programs and layouts are implemented
  • All safety and security procedures are followed
Administratively and financially, the Store Manager ensures:
  • timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork
  • inventory and cash are within company guidelines labor within established guidelines
  • other expenses within established guidelines
  • merchandise and gasoline sales are maximized
  • budgeted results are achieved
