The Financial Analyst will be a member of ARCOP's financial management team and will report directly
to the Director of Finance. This role will be responsible for supporting all financial activities, including
financial planning and analysis, measurement and validation, reporting, process development,
accounting, banking, budgeting, tax, insurance, membership funding and other duties, in accordance
with company standards and GAAP.

ARCOP is a non-profit Supply Chain Cooperative for the Arby's brand. ARCOP was formed in 1978.
Annual spend is $1.3 billion in food, packaging, beverage, freight, indirect sourcing and distribution
services.

ARCOP is a separate company from the Arby's brand, with governance oversight from an elected
Board of Directors representing Arby's Franchisees and the Arby's Restaurant Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage the membership funding mechanism and allocation methodology.
 Manage Obsolete Inventory tracking.
 Assist in preparing financial presentations and analysis for the ARCOP President and Board of
Directors.
 Manage the cost-savings reporting process.
 Assist in conducting financial health, credit reviews and certifications of strategic suppliers and
distributors.
 Assist and/or execute accounting functions including banking, AP, AR, expense reports, benefits,
insurance, cash flow management, taxation and payroll.
 Manage the monthly close process and prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income
statement, actual vs. budget) that provide clear, concise, timely and accurate information.
 Complete year-end audit process. Review reconciliations and audit work papers. Coordinate
external auditors' visits, respond to auditors' requests and reconcile the audit numbers.
 Build and maintain positive, open relationships with all constituents.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS/ABILITIES:
 Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in financial analysis and accounting, demonstrating
progression in career.
 Sound knowledge of GAAP, tax reporting and regulations.
 B.S. in Finance or Accounting (MBA and/or CPA candidate preferred).
 Strong intellectual capacity -- ability to learn quickly, understand and innovate.
 Performance-driven, results-oriented and strong work ethic.
 High level of initiative, hands-on and multi-tasking capabilities.
 Strategic perspective and plan development.
 Above average organization, prioritization and time-management skills.
 Excellent analytical, reporting and computer skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and
QuickBooks required.

 The selected candidate will be required to live in the Atlanta metro area.
