Top Skills You Should Possess:



    - Previous experience with campus recruitment preferred
    - CRM software a plus (RECSOLU)
    - Experience with campus-specific sourcing methods a plus
    - Significant local/national "seasonal travel" during height of campus recruiting season (40%)
    - Bachelor's Degree and 5 years technical recruitment and/or campus recruitment experience preferred
    - Proven ability to recruit top engineering and technology talent, experience in the campus recruitment space preferred
    - Ability to work independently in Applicant Tracking System (ATS); knowledge of Success Factors a plus
    - Strong understanding of technology and social media, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, Vine

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Technology Campus Recruiter for University Relations will be responsible for partnering with management and the business to source high-potential student talent for formal internship, co-op and full-time rotational programs (CORE Technology)
    - Own the full life cycle of campus recruitment, including attending school career fairs, pre-nights and tech talks, and working with designated campus recruitment teams to conduct on-campus interviews.
    - The primary focus will be on engineering and technical talent at both the undergraduate and graduate level, specifically with backgrounds in software engineering, computer science, network engineering and IT operations/management.
    - Assisting the client and University Relations to build a pipeline of young talent in the technology sector
    - Partner closely with Diversity Recruitment and Talent Acquisition to serve the need for entry-level talent for internal clients throughout the business.
    - Building working relationships directly with hiring managers, HR & Finance business partners, Talent Acquisition Operations Specialists, the Candidate Care interview scheduling team, and campus recruitment teams will be a priority.
    - The ideal candidate will be able to navigate an organization and group that is in growth mode and moving at a fast tempo to keep pace with the ever-changing technology and media landscape.
    - Attends campus career fairs, tech talks, classroom talks and speaking engagements at organizations regarding the Company and its employment and formal program opportunities.
    - Ensuring successful utilization of campus recruitment Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at career events.
    - Develops and maintains relationships with national and campus diversity foundations and organizations
    - Active promotion through social media of recruitment efforts, as well as serving as an ambassador for the client brand.
    - Reviews student applications, resumes, and other credentials.
    - Partners with campus team to utilize campus ambassador program in successful branding at target schools
    - Partners with technology campus program managers to implement campus team model complete with campus engagement training prior to recruitment season.
    - Extends and negotiates offers of employment.
    - Handles several aspects of the recruitment process including: job requisition design, sourcing, and screening.
    - Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives.
    - Develops and maintains relationships with university contacts as well as campus recruiters both internally and in peer industries.
    - Ensures recruitment process is compliant with state and federal and employment laws.
