General Labor/Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a General Labor/Machine Operator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Position: General Labor/Machine Operator Location:Chandler, AZ Pay: $10.50 hourly Length: Contract, could go Temp to Hire Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm 14 Openings to start right away will be required to interview Description/Comment: 1. Basic operations of casting 2. Stamp logs correct and readable 3. Operate cranes 4. Assist in alloy changes 5. Maintain small tools 6. Assist in shutdowns 7. Assist the cast house associates 8. Stack billets 9. Must have basic math knowledge 10. Ability to maintain and organize scrap bins and log bins Job Duties: 1. Clean filters (181and 622) 2. Repair troughs 3. Maintain a watchful eye on casting operations and assist when needed 4. Do and assist in housekeeping 5. Watch out for the safety of others and yourself 6. Assist in filter rebuilds and cleanings 7. Set up for daily needs (cut bands and wood runners) etc 8. Able to carry 50 lbs 9. Handle high temperatures 10. Ability to read all warning signs and labels 11.
