Maintenance Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

MAJOR FUNCTION:

To carry out the work required to repair, maintain, and improve the restaurant’s equipment, building, and grounds to ensure our guests receive an excellent experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has completed the interviewing and onboarding process.
• Is eligible to work in the U.S.
• Possesses a positive, helping attitude.
• Has a driver license and reliable transportation.
• Has good communication skills.
• Takes direction well
• Has basic mechanical skills.
• Presents a clean, professional image – follows all guidelines concerning employee appearance, uniform and conduct.
• Follows all company rules and policies.
• Is self-motivated and has the ability to work well independently.Shows strong time management skills
• Shows an eagerness to meet the goals of the restaurant set forth by his/her superiors.

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES:

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Performs daily cleaning of equipment, building and grounds
• Performs routine and preventative maintenance equipment, building and grounds
• Makes minor repairs to equipment, building and grounds
• Safely operates common hand tools and machine tools
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Keeps tools clean and safely stored
• Completes any tasks assigned by the management team
• Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in related duties as assigned
• Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and the Restaurant Management Team
