The primary responsibility is to communicate with our company's clients by means of electronic mail. Most customers will ask questions about our service, specify prices, or describe any difficulties they encounter, and they'll need advice. You, in turn, will be responsible for answering their questions and providing them with the information they need.
You will receive all the information required for this position after an interview.
Your responsibilities will include
a serious attitude toward work,
timely responses to our customers' e-mails,
being online when required, and notifying us immediately about problems that arise.
At the end of each week, you will provide a progress report.
This is a full-time.
