About this job

Position Responsibilities:

* Manage a few large accounts with multiple locations.
* Work with our Sales Team in preparing timely and accurate quotations and sales orders.
* Data entry of quotations and sales orders.
* Expedite deliveries where required.
* Order management.
* Coordinate and execute multiple tasks while continuing to meet deadlines.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

* BA/BS or relevant work experience preferred
* 1-3 years of industry experience preferred
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organization and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
* Strong attention to detail
* Must work well as part of a team
* Proficiency in Windows based Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
