* Monitoring overtime and recommending schedule changes
* Managing a staff of schedulers and serving as a point of contact and resource to other schedulers
* Assisting director or designee in orientation/training of new associates
* Providing direct care to the elderly
* Ensuring adequate staffing coverage for on call duties
* Completing all required reports timely and accurately
* Assisting with payroll as needed
