POSITION PURPOSE - The Tealeaf Manager will use tealeaf to create reports and dashboards to monitor customer behavior on homedepot.com. Responsible for using the tool to identify customer struggles, quantify them and dig deeper to understand the root cause. Become a subject matter expert and lead the organization in utilizing and exploiting the complete feature set of tealeaf. Learn and educate the organization on best practices on managing and maintaining tealeaf.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 20% Lead conversion planning and forecasting on a weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual level.
- 10% Communicate opportunities to drive financial goals cross-functionally by making suggestions that support site-wide objectives
- 10% Prioritize and manage execution of requests for report enhancements and analysis from business partners.
- 20% Responsible for presenting analysis and test results and resulting recommendations to peers and senior management. Leverage data to assist in defining site enhancement requirements and be able to present a compelling business case for securing those investments
- 10% Manage web analytic project prioritization based on business needs.
- 10% Share leadership for the teams responsible for web analytics (reporting and analysis) and, over-time, structured site (A/B, MVT) testing
- 10% Draw reasonable and actionable conclusions from analytic summaries and recommend changes to existing policies and processes based on analytic conclusions and understanding of business requirements and drivers.
- 10% Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, methodologies and reports.

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
