An immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in Boulder. Candidate should have excellent technical skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of administrative and support related tasks.

Office Management
*Direct support to management team
*Firm bookkeeping: reconcile banking accounts, process reimbursements, accounts payable, 1099's
*Annual renewal of business insurance policies, business licenses and subscriptions; local property tax, state BOE; bi-annual update of info w/state
*Maintain file system, both electronic and paper
*Coordinate business travel arrangements as needed
*Assist firm tax accountant
*Assist CFO

Reception
*Manage reception desk, including incoming calls
*Coordinate office staff activities and prepare/coordinate meetings as needed
*Order and manage office supplies (e.g. paper, toner, soft drinks, etc.)
*Take pride in office appearance (managing upkeep of conference rooms, kitchen, front desk area, etc.)
*Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Facilities
*Primary liaison with building management and IT
*Oversee operation and maintenance of office equipment (e.g. printers, phone system)
*Own vendor relations and coordinate services for office
*Assist with office space planning and office moves

The ideal candidate has:

Full Time Hourly position available (40 hours/week) as a receptionist/office staffer. Office hours are Monday -- Friday, 9-5 and this is a full-time, year round position.

General Duties include but are certainly not limited to: answering the phone, forwarding and replying to e-mails, filing, organizing office, cheerfully greeting and helping customers throughout their leasing process and assisting the principles/team members. Other tasks include processing applications, assisting with ongoing company projects (such as data entry, collection/receivable management, etc. etc. etc.) Being someone who is flexible and adaptable to various tasks is essential.

This job is mainly a people person position as your primary tasks are interacting with potential and current renters both on the phone and in person and being in the office to greet everyone who comes in with a smile! This is a busy office that is sometimes crazed. . . Someone who can handle some pressure and enjoys working in a busy environment would be great!

Strong Customer Service skills are a must, administrative experience including receptionist abilities and aptitude for Microsoft Office and other computer programs are a plus. Experience in Property Management would be most helpful and would be a plus! This is a fun, dynamic position where you're always meeting new people and is meant to be enjoyed!
