Job Description:
* Provide administration support to staff as needed
* Answer and transfer all inbound calls - Professional phone manners and good communication skills a must
* General Clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, fax, incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain electronic and hard copy filling system
* Strong computer skills are a must; Need to be highly proficient in MS Word/Excel
* Must be proficient in copy machine including scan function
