Administrative Assistant position!

Will be providing administrative support to the sales team. Strong MS

Word/Excel/Outlook and Typing skills.

Small office environment. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, working

independently etc.

Responsibilities include:

* Order processing

* Order tracking

* All filing

* Assist Sales team and some Inside Sales

* Interacting with distributors / manufactures

* Proficient with Windows / Word/ Excel / PowerPoint and Publisher

* Proficient typing and ten-key

* Able to Multi Task

* Work well with a team or independently

* Courteous and dependable

* Creating Point of Sale sheets for various accounts

* Must be a problem solver
