Scheduler – PART TIME
Home Instead Senior Care, the nation’s most trusted source of non-medical home care for seniors, is hiring for the position of part time Scheduler. Do you enjoy multi-tasking? Are you self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and enthusiastic?
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, be computer literate and should be able to think clearly in a high pressure situation. Prior scheduling experience a plus.
The scheduler will have primary duties which include:
Managing the overall CAREGiver and client schedules
Be the overall communications focal point to our CAREGiver team in managing and monitoring visits and schedule changes
Be on-call occasional evenings.
Availability for alternate weekends is a MUST (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Sat/Sun/Mon 9am – 3pm and occassional on call overnight)
This is a part time position about 20 hrs a weeks. Potential for additional responsibilities and hours for the right person.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, and must be able to pass a DMV record check, a criminal background check, and a drug screening.
