About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a *Customer Service Associate.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Customer Service Associate (MUST BE AN OAKLAND RESIDENT)
$12.25 per hour

Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming call
*Note action taken on each account
*Follow up with customers when required
*Read, review and process incoming correspondence
*Scan, generate and mail correspondence
*Data Entry
*Performs daily balancing of all tickets and deposits
*Research and correct any rejected payments and/or tickets
*Perform quality control and approval of all notices being mailed
Qualifications:
*Experience in customer service
*Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
*Strong Telephone Etiquette
*Basic computer skills
*Good decision making and problem solving skills
*Good attendance and punctuality
*Bilingual a Plus (Spanish or Cantonese)
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
High School Graduate and/or some collage
