Enterprise Architect - Secret Clearance Job - Full-time / Part-time

Enterprise Architect needed for a contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Fort Leavenworth, KS.

Possession of a Secret Clearance is required as a condition for employment.

Top Skills Should You Possess:

- MUST have an active Secret clearance
- Must be proficient in IT Enterprise Architecture design and best practices DOD 8570 Certifications ie (Security+, CISSP etc)
- Must have a technical understanding of SharePoint 2010/2013, Windows Server 2008/2012 and Microsoft enterprise computing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Provides design services for the technical development for enterprise customers
- Build strategic roadmaps to meet business objectives and achieve increased value
- Technical expert to drive the customer's business strategy
- Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources
- High standards of leadership - provide subject-matter-expertise for new products to the rest of the organization and actively develop junior staff through training and one-on-one mentorship
- Provides advisory services to equip the enterprise with latest technology best practices to achieve high performance, scalability and security
- Works closely with the team throughout the development lifecycle, translating business metrics and goals, while providing guidance around requirements gathering, scoping, solution development, deployment, as well as documentation and training to maintain the solution
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies
- May serve as a technical team or task leader
- Participates in special projects as required

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Industry recognized Enterprise Architect certification
- Security + certification
- CE in one of 3 fields: SharePoint (2010 or 2013), VMWare (5.5) or Windows Server (2008 or 2012) Preferred
- DOD 8570.01-M IAT Level II & AR 25-2 IT Level II
- Must have knowledge and experience supporting enterprise projects or programs.
- 10-15 years of directly related experience in Enterprise Architecture and analysis.
- Five (5) years practical experience in administering SharePoint Enterprise sized farms (preferred).
