Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical Repair and Maintenance

2 positions: 1 Electrical Repair person (Electrician exp) 1 Electronic Repair person (exp with repairing electronic devices, etc.) Experience in Electrical and Electronic asset maintenance and data gathering in a Water/Wastewater/Reclaimed Utility environment. Duties The two industrial mechanics will be under supervision of our business analyst for each of the trades. Those trades being electrical and electronic. Those duties would include, but are not limited to: * Identification of current assets. * Identification of in place assets not in the CAMS system. * Research asset history to determine when installed. * Gather asset specification information; Model, Manufacturer, Serial #, etc. * Gather pricing data for current and newly input assets. * Ensure that removed assets are correctly identified and what, if any, replacement is installed. * Gather information for preventative maintenance (PM) information for assets. * Assist in the creation and input of PM procedures. * Assist in identifying the number of technicians required for PMs. * Assist in identifying materials used for PMs. * Research position information on assets that may be buried or otherwise inaccessible. * Create spreadsheets for asset information to be input into the CAMS system. * Create spreadsheets for preventative maintenance information for assets. * Create lists of assets that need to have labels affixed. * Affix labels to assets that as required. * Coordinate with plant managers and plant maintenance to have personnel available for issues that require outside assistance. For example, arc flash rated electricians to open equipment required that rating to gather asset information. * Other duties as assigned.
