Digging deeper into what Crispers is and what we offer:
* Our first restaurant was opened in the South Lakeland in 1989 with health as well as flavor in mind.
* In 2011 Publix sold the company and we are now Fresh Alternatives, LLC (dba Crispers) owned by a Miami-based Private Equity group.
* We currently have 24 Florida locations, but we are positioning our brand to grow to 75 locations across the state in the future.
* We are a casual dining restaurant with a quick service mentality. Fresh can be fast too!
* Our fresh food is prepared daily, which means no frying, no grease, and no grills.
* We offer work / life balance, resulting in flexible hours and not having to worry about working a midnight shift since we do not operate 24 hours a day.

* Optional medical (Florida Blue - BCBS), dental, and vision insurance is offered as well as company paid life, accidental death & dismemberment, and long term disability insurance for full time salaried employees.
