Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is working with a client that has immediate openings for Machine Operators with a background in manufacturing and production. These are full time, permanent opportunities to join one of the world's leading manufacturers of composite materials and if offered the position the company offers full benefits Day 1 and employees can quarterly test their knowledge and understanding of other line position duties & responsibilities for a .25-.75 cent raise!

Job Duties:

• They will be responsible for monitoring the production of the composite material on the production line through the Coil, Coating, Lamination, Extrusion, and Final cut processes.
• They will be cross trained as they progress with the company, but initially responsible for learning the Coil Coating and/or lamination process.
• Operators will monitor the composite material as it goes through each process and check for quality issues visually and by monitoring computers on line.
• Other responsibilities will include various warehouse responsibilities such as shipping/receiving and forklift operating.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of production experience within a manufacturing facility (machine operating/forklift operating)
• Experience with large part manufacturing, metal part manufacturing, extrusion, laminating, preferred
• Experience performing quality checks on finished products
