The Shift Leader has the overall responsibility for:
- Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
- Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority
- Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
- Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the Fast Food environment. We are looking for a minimum of 6 months to one year of experience as a Shift Leader.
