Marketing Administrative Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Creve Coeur.

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Assist with the development and execution of website and team site strategies, updates and maintenance
    - Copy write and assist with graphics and content development for online newsletters and other e-marketing efforts
    - Assist with the coordination of events including logistics, displays, travel, promotion and distribution of appropriate printed materials and all follow-up efforts
    - Develop and update marketing and sales materials (brochures and other literature) utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
    - Work with outside agency or other resources on projects including creative work and execution of marketing tasks
    - Develop/maintain visual presentation aids, such as PowerPoint presentations
    - Organize calendar of marketing events, trade shows, sponsorships, and planning cycle
    - Process documentation and communication
    - Manage promotional material quotes and production
    - Support on events and tradeshows planning
    - Database management: consolidate customer database and local yield results; product offers and pricing
    - Create global Monsanto BioAg newsletter
    - Assist with special marketing projects and daily ad hoc requests
    - Provide general administrative support to marketing team

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of marketing experience
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
    - Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
    - Experience using SharePoint preferred
    - Familiarity with Exact Target a plus
    - Strong oral and written communication skills
    - Excellent copy writing skills
    - Excellent planning and organizational skills
    - Must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including teamwork, coaching, writing, listening, and speaking
    - Ability to work with others or independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction and report progress to others
    - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, as well as maintain professionalism, composure and effectiveness under pressure and in changing conditions
    - Ability to learn new duties and adjust to new situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time
    - Ability to maintain constructive relationships with people at all levels of an organization (both inside and outside the company)
    - Strong customer service orientation
    - Strong organizational skills
    - Strong creative, marketing and branding skills
    - Ability to prioritize effectively, attend to details and produce high-quality work
    - Good judgment in dealing with customers and outside vendors and preventing internal company information from being passed inappropriately
