Solar Panel Installer - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description
The Installer position is a contributing member of a solar installation construction crew. The Installer is responsible to work as a team with the Foreman and Lead Installer to complete residential and small commercial solar installation projects.

This person will have the option to report directly to the job site in the morning, or meet the team at the office and travel to the site as a group. Will be working with Installation crews who work in a team environment installing solar arrays at residential customer's homes.

Installers and their teams ensure accurate and timely solar installations, update Branch Managers on project and specifics, and utilize best installation and safety practices

* Installation of the mechanical systems of ground or roof mounted solar system;

* Assemble the racking and solar array;

* Assemble equipment along with properly sealing all roof penetrations;

* Trenching, concrete work and equipment assembly;

* Project clean up including client site and installation vehicle

100% Field work.
