(Bi-Lingual)/Non -Bi-lingual Patient Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

A growing healthcare facility in the Twin Cities area is currently hiring for multiple medical schedulers!!

These individuals will be responsible for fielding patient calls and scheduling appointments, entering patient information into computer system, and/or at the very least pointing them in the right direction. Calls will be broken up with 95% inbound calls and 5% outbound calls. The more specific scheduling experience (surgery, dental, urology, physcology, etc..), the more qualified they will be for specialty pods.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:
1) 2+ years high volume customer service experience within the MEDICAL Field
2) Knowledge of Medical Terminology and/or healthcare insurance
3) Must be able to type 30 WPM
4) Must be able to pass our Spanish/English Bi-Lingual test - if questionable language

perferred:
1) Epic Experience
2) Scheduling/Registration experience
