Looking for an individual wanting to get into an office environment for customer service and call center experience.
Qualifications:
1. HS Diploma
2. 6 months to 1 year working as a waitress, grocery, retail, food/service, movie theaters, Costco, Hy-Vee or Fareway etc.
3. Have a strong attendance history
Job Description:
1. Taking inbound calls daily
2. Answering questions and inquires regarding clients calling in
3. Explaining benefit information and eligibility
4. Shift 7am-7pm8 hour shift at least
