* Oversee management and day to day operations of the community
* Hire and supervise employees ensuring adequate staffing
* Implement approached and services to maintain and enhance resident independence and satisfaction
* Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* 4 years Executive Director experience in an assisted living community strongly preferred
* Assisted Living Administrator's License required
* Sales experience is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
* Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget
* Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates with the aging population
