Customer Service Representative

As a member of the team you are the primary responder for all general incoming customer related technical issues or support related calls and will provide 100% issue resolution and service support to the client's customer base.

Temp to Hire position located in Alpharetta,GA

$15-$16 an hour DOE

Job Description:* Provide assistance and expertise in all technical service related issues for products.

* Field normal technical calls.

* Handle warranty calls and issue parts to satisfy the terms of the warranty.

* Communicate quality issues with the Quality Assurance department.

* Responsible for ordering and maintaining spare parts from other suppliers that are not in inventory.

* Acts as a liaison between the client and its customers, independent sales representatives, regional managers, and internal departments whose job functions affect the customer.



Requirements:

*Bachelor’s Degree

*Good computer skills with minimum typing speed of 35wpm

*Excellent communication skills

*Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
