Superintendent - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:
General Contractor that handles a wide variety of projects from hotels, food processing, restaurants, retail/office, and warehouse projects. We are looking for a Superintendent to work in our Commercial and Agricultural divisions. This person will be in charge of overseeing the work done on large poultry facilities and/or large commercial projects such as hospitality.

-Schedule management
-Work with subcontractors
-Stand alone on site
-Overseeing work of 75-100 subcontracted crew members on site.
-Project Manager gives schedule and plan pace of project
-Overseeing work to make sure each subcontractor is in and out on schedule
-Send photos and documentation of the project's progress to the Project Manager. This person can work a 10 days on, 4 days off rotation if desired to travel back home.

Work Environment:
Outside Construction in a rural work site in MN, IA, NE, MO or other Midwestern state. New Build and Renovation projects.

Qualifications:
-5+ years working as a Superintendent
-OR 5+ years working as an Assistant superintendent at a large GC (ex: Weitz).
- Must be able to travel for projects:
- Able to move locations from time to time depending on project needs
- Camera Skills: take pictures from a digital camera and move the files to a computer
