Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Jimboy's Tacos, a fast growing and exciting fast-casual restaurant company with 60 years history is looking for highly motivated people with a strong work ethic to work as Cooks and Cashiers at its Fairfield location.  Cooks are expected to prepare and cook food in a quick service restaurant with a limited menu. Duties of the cook include maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas; operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, or griddles; verifying that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity and accuracy, etc. Make between $10 and $12 an hour Cashiers are the first impression and representation of Jimboy's Tacos that the customer sees and experiences. This position is extremely important in making sure the customer has a great experience. In addition, they are pivotal in helping the store meet and exceed financial goals by advising customers of any specials or promotions that are happening and also up-selling additional products. Make between $10 and $12 an hour (Manager) Team Leader - The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Jimboy's restaurant in accordance with all company policies. The Team Leader is responsible to ensure a clean, pleasant, friendly and safe environment for the customer and the employees. The Team Leader is responsible for and motivates the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency and will work a maximum of a 40 hour work week.  Make between $12 and $14 an hour Applicants must be: 1) Able to be cross-trained,  2) Able to work in a fast-paced environment,  3) Know how to multitask in high volume business and enjoys working in a restaurant!  4) Eager to learn,  5) Adaptive - identifies when certain duties may be performed.  6) Speak clearly; Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions. 7) Positive and cheerful; warm and friendly; willingness to serve  8) Possess and maintain Food Handlers Certification 9) Have previous restaurant experience as a cashier, cook or prep cook If you thrive on being a part of a high energy and fast paced restaurant, this may be the position for you!
