GENERAL SUMMARY
Set up and breakdown stations according to Company guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift, while moving through various assignments throughout the shift.
Prepare product using all methods of baking and pastry preparation using established recipes, portions and methods prescribed by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner.
Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of pots, pans and other kitchen items and taking out trash while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines.
Promote and provide extraordinary internal/external guest service; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety food preparation and handling practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park are upheld.
Duties may differ based on assigned work location.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have prior work experience as a Cook, or Baker, or enrollment in a Culinary program.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be available to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts; Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, ect).
Must be fully available to attend all scheduled training dates/times.
