AAA is Now Hiring in Nashville, TN! Safety, security and peace of mind are some of the benefits that AAA members enjoy through their roadside assistance with their AAA Membership. However, one of the important connections to help customers during unexpected predicaments is our valued customer service professionals. At AAA, we take pride in upholding our long standing tradition of providing the best in class service!
If you are interested in joining the nation's most comprehensive service provider by assisting members in a call center environment from changing flat tires on the roadside to jumping batteries in their driveway and helping them get on with their day, we want to hear from you! We have 30 openings available!
Training
* Full-time paid Training (6 Weeks)
o Beginning October 19, November 9 and November 30, 2015
o Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
After Training
* Afternoon/Evening shifts will be available
* All shifts include working weekends and some holidays
Responsibilities
* Responds to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
* Performs geographical location spotting
* Data Entry
Qualifications
* Navigating through a P.C. and/or automated processing system
* Reading and comprehending various Customer Service tools
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional call center environment
The position is being offered on a Temp-to-Hire basis. Those hired will initially be employed through Randstad Staffing. After 30 days and the successful completion of the training and testing period, individuals will have the opportunity to apply for regular AAA employment. Selections will be based on performance and attendance and will include a salary increase.

* Initially, Randstad benefits are available. If converted to AAA, employees will enjoy a full range of competitive benefits!
* We offer up to $12.75 per hour to start
* Full-time and Part-time schedules available
* Shift differential for evening/overnight timeframes (5%-10% per hour).
