Ohana Bros. is opening a brand new location in the Stoneridge mall and we are in search of awesome people to represent our Ohana.

Here's the deal and what you'll be asked to do:
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Provide Aloha to everyone you come in contact with
Be knowledgeable about the products you represent and prepare
FRONT OF HOUSE FOOD PREP
Complete hot and cold food preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion (i.e., fries, chips, Shaka dogs, popcorn, shave ice)
Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels on the line
Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing food
CULTURE
Support and care for your fellow Ohana members
Contribute to a positive and fun workday (No Drama!!)
Set others up for success
Operate by Ohana Bros. values
BACK OF HOUSE FOOD PREP
Cut and blanch fries
Fry and season Maui chips
Prepare sauces and syrups
Make caramel corn
Prepare daily prep sheets
Manage and maintain impeccable work stations
Complete weekly preventative maintenance duties
MISCELLANEOUS
Consistently and accurately use prep sheets, cleanliness list, and station checklists, temp logs
Follow Servsafe and Ohana Bros sanitation standards
Filter fryer oil and work with hot oil
Do dishes and mop floors
Empty trash
Clean top to bottom, perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routine
In order to create the best experience for our guests, Ohana members must:
Work efficiently and keep work areas CLEAN and organized.
Multi task and keep track of multiple tasks to be completed.
Work quickly and always anticipate what is needed before it's too late.
Adhere to portions and recipes so that we can provide a consistent product time after time.
Support and look out for their fellow Ohana members.
