Shift Leader

AMF Shift Leaders supervise center employees as the resident “managers-on-duty” when the center’s General Manager, Assistant GM, or Assistant Manager is not on-site, overseeing cash accountability and key control. Shift Leaders are mentors to our staff—setting high standards for service, coaching associates when necessary, and working with our management team to ensure that our service model being is adhered to and executed properly. Shift Leaders are highly visible to our customers and employees—especially during our busiest times—providing personalized customer service, addressing customer complaints, and resolving issues between employees as needed. And, in case you were interested, shift leaders who make a name for themselves also make great candidates for assistant management opportunities.
