This position is responsible for all activities related to Information Security. Specific responsibilities include penetration testing and risk analysis; project management for key initiatives to implement appropriate processes, tools, and system controls; coordination with strategic business partners; and, response to any new threat scenarios. Perform analysis and risk assessments on the security of applications and services, discovering and addressing security issues, and quickly react to new threat scenarios. Perform network and Application security penetration testing to ensure that Aaron's services, applications, and websites are designed and implemented to the appropriate security standards. Deploy and maintain an enterprise vulnerability management solution. Develop and validate S-SDLC processes. Deploy and maintain risk management framework and processes. Deploy and maintain web application, source code and penetration assessment tools. Develop and maintain vendor risk management processes. Develop PCI/ROC sustainability processes to ensure initial and ongoing Aaron's PCI compliance. Research, evaluate, implement and manage security initiatives and tools Provide Information Assurance consultancy services to other departments and teams within Aaron's, including the development and implementation of any supporting reports and metrics. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or the equivalent Background in Networking, Server Operations, or Software Development Experience with Agile Project Management and/or Lean Manufacturing Information Security experience (10 years) Vulnerability management experience (10 years) Penetration and application testing experience (10 years) Project management experience (10 years) Active Directory (5 years) Vendor Management and Contract review (5 years) Vendor risk management experience (5 years) Security compliance experience (5 years) PCI compliance experience (4 years) Secure development experience (5 years)Demonstrated ability in project management Ability to think ahead and manage multiple priorities Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level Strong customer orientation & team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to company values At Aaron's, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: A drug screen and criminal background investigation are required before beginning employment at Aaron's.
