Summary

Perform a wide range of administrative, analytical and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Develop, maintain, and produce various computerized databases, reports, presentations, and analysis for the Construction Department. Responsible for setting up and maintaining all department files, creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, creates PowerPoint presentations, troubleshoots computer related issues, coordinate upper management's calendar, meetings, conference calls, and record meeting minutes for distribution.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilitie sActs as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple projects, disseminating information, running reports, creating presentations.Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Exercises judgment within generally define practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Networks with internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.Coordinates end-to-end travel arrangements and takes initiative to arrange the most efficient itinerary, secure reservations, prepare travel and expense reports, and maintain receipts and recordsCoordinates all logistical aspects of on-site and off-site meetings, including developing an invitation list based on knowledge of appropriate internal and client/industry contacts, site selections, meal planning, proactive confirmation, and on-site supportProvides concierge-level service for visitors, meeting participants, and out of town guests Serve as ambassador for construction executive staff by maintaining a professional, cordial demeanorAssume leadership of customer escalations directly for individuals or from Office of President, including tracking, documenting, and escalationIncrease the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and the organization's leaders by creating letters, reports, org charts, and presentations independently and without substantial direction Implement organizational and administrative processes to ensure a productive work environment Maintains intuitive filing system for client files and/or projectsHighly available during work hours and takes responsibility for arranging for back-up support when unavailable for extended periods of timeDevelops, maintains, and actively manages key contact filesDevelops, maintain and produces various computerized databases, reports, presentations and manualsEfficiently creates and updates reports and computerized filing systems and updates system Process and ProceduresDemonstrated commitment to the Time Warner Cable ValuesOther duties as assigned Job Requirements:
