Requirements
Excellent Customer service skills
Ability to assist customers over phone and in person
Ability to work independently and be organized
Ability to multitask
Ability to understand Medicare reimbursement procedures and legalities
Ability to work on Weekends
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to work in a retail environment
Experience in medical field helpful but not required
