The Hotel Assistant Manager position is designed to develop a well-rounded manager

that can assist with guest and department needs across the resort. This

position will further our efforts with guest, associate, and client

satisfaction.

The Hotel Assistant Managers do not have any direct reports,

but are a key support to the operations departments by providing a proactive

and barrier-free experience with guests. The Hotel Assistant Manager will play

a key role in guest service, including addressing areas of concern shared in

guest surveys and social media, reporting maintenance needs, and addressing

concerns regarding guest safety/liability.

of progressive hotel experience Preferably at

least 1 year Rooms or Food and Beverage management experience Service

oriented style with professional presentations skills Hotel/Hospitality

degree an asset A

Must possess
