- Recruit, interview, hire, and train all associates.
- Initiate training and adopt all company training procedures
- Control Labor and Food Costs P&L
- Be a driving force in Sales Achievement and Maximizing store potential
- Assure proper money handling techniques are used in keeping with company policies and procedures
- Understand and Demonstrate effective product knowledge of Woops macarons and cookies
- Direct and oversee the activities of the store to ensure efficient leadership in all aspects of the operation
- Complete all new hire paperwork, payroll transmittals and timesheets and submits on a timely basis.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving guest requests and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing or supervising employees in the retail, sales or customer service industries.
- A burning desire to engage in a marketplace to share the passion of delicious Artisanal Macarons and Cookies.
- A strong passion for people, service and specialty foods!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
