Role Mandate:
The Seasonal Sales Associate must always be ready to assist customers efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while ensuring that the customer's overall Lord & Taylor experience is a positive one. Earn extra cash and enjoy a generous shopping discount during the holiday season.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales by determining customer's needs
- Open new charge accounts
- Maintain floor standards, general appearance and cleanliness of department
- Understand all systems and procedures relating to sales and credit transactions
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work weekends
- Experience in a service/selling industry preferred
- An understanding of fashion is preferred
- Engaging personality
