Headway Workforce Solutions and Woops Macarons & Cookies are now seeking top notch talent for the role of Retail Sales Associate! French macarons are delicious, trendy and innovative treats that appeal to various shoppers across the country. Woops is a vibrant and innovative company that believes that desserts are special. A Pop-up shop that started in the heart of Manhattan is looking to share its love for delicious artisanal pastries from around the world in a mall near you.

As a Part-time Retail Sales Associate, you will…

• Approach and greet every customer
• Be a great teammate with creative ways to engage customers and to influence decisions of shoppers
• Demonstrate effective product knowledge of Woops macarons and cookies
• Cooperate with Store Manager and perform other duties to support the needs of the business
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team through engagement and suggestive selling
• Work days , evenings and weekend shifts as needed in a retail mall environment
• Resolve guest requests and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

What We Need From You:

• A background in retail, sales or customer service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Have a passion for people and specialty foods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

May be required to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
