We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for working in behavioral healthcare.
The History and Physical Nurse Practitioner provides direct client care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems, health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice.
Education: Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Experience: Direct clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
Licensure: Indiana State Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse Specialist Licensure through the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau and ANCC Certification required.
