Here’s what you’ll DO:
- Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment as the go-to person for our multi-dwelling unit customers
- Take approximately 40-50 in-bound phone calls on a daily basis
- Answer customer questions and concerns about billing, products and services, or technical issues
- Determine the wants, needs, and interests of each customer to identify the best solutions on the first call
- Provide a positive, professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll NEED:
Skills
- 6 months – 1 year direct customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to navigate multiple computer programs, actively listen, converse with customers while typing and updating account information
- Able to interact with all types of customers and provide the best resolutions
- Can work in a collaborative fast paced environment with 12-15 other teammates
Smarts
- Have a High School Diploma/GED
This job is located in Eden Prairie, MN.
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime based on business needs.
